I wrote my book Intelligent Huddles to support people, leaders and teams as they learn to communicate more effectively, and have higher-level and better-quality conversations that will strengthen and build trust in their relationships and organizations. I have developed a set of communication systems and tools successfully tested in the most extreme circumstances.
