I wrote my book Intelligent Huddles to support people, leaders and teams as they learn to communicate more effectively, and have higher-level and better-quality conversations that will strengthen and build trust in their relationships and organizations. I have developed a set of communication systems and tools successfully tested in the most extreme circumstances. My passion is to share the tools I’ve created and support you to become the best version of yourself.
I coach leaders and teams through online webinars and in-person workshops, drawing from the latest neuroscience-based research and Conversational Intelligence®. My presentations center around trust, communication and systems that support healthy work environments and culture.

Comparing or competing with others is about being like them. Creativity is about being unique, and unlike anyone else. Create your journey and experience in alignment with the freedom and abundance that flows into your life! This is a common challenge I face in leading a team of professionals: everyone wants to compare themself and their journey to others.
Comparison is the thief of joy and hinders growth. People get stuck in their journey because they are comparing themselves to teammates. Being a leader, to me, means supporting others to see their full potential, helping them get clear in their vision and being a partner to keep them focused on their own dreams, goals, opportunities and strengths.
One of the greatest tools I’ve used to move through comparing is curiosity. Curiosity can help you reframe, refocus and redirect comparing. Use my Discovery Questions below and your own questions to move yourself out of comparing and into curiosity.
